Forn d’Oli de Ginebre de Mariano Agustí a Riba-roja d’Ebre 

📍 Ribera d’Ebre, Tarragona

Archaeological intervention to a proto-industrial oven for the production of juniper oil, a medicinal product for people and livestock used by societies of diverse geographies and chronologies. Riba-roja d’Ebre was a major producer until the early twentieth century, when the memory of this practice disappeared completely. The aim of this intervention is the research on this productive procedure.
