The Equality and Intersectionality Comission of the Institute of Archaeology (CII-IAUB)
One of the aims of the Institute is to develop diversity, inclusion and equality policies to build a safe and nice work environment. With this in mind, the Institute created a delegated specific commission for diversity, inclusion, equality and ethics, with a response. The idea evolved into the current Equality and Intersectionality Commission, delegated to the Institute’s Council, and with the mandate to elaborate the Plan of diversity, inclusion, equality and ethics for the Institute’s Council.
